Day 5 Back into the Swing

Gym visit went better than expected this morning. Had to modify my programme slightly as I couldn't do the row, so I did an extra 2 mins on the cross trainer half way through my weights. Just to make it interesting I thought I would up the resistance. That made me sweat!

Weights are getting easier too, I increased the leg press as this was the easiest so far of all of the sets. Im surprised im not aching as much as I thought. Maybe I really need to increase the weights.
